Begin by washing, trimming, and cutting 1 kg of chicken into 8 pieces,Heat 100g of oil or ghee in a pan and fry 3 chopped onions until they turn golden.Add 3 chopped tomatoes and 1/2 tsp of Deggi Mirch (red chili powder), then stir well.Sprinkle in 15 g of Chicken Masala and add salt to taste. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.Add the chicken pieces and fry them for 10 minutes.Mix in 100g of beaten natural yogurt and 60ml of water.Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Make sure it doesn’t stick to the bottom.
