Free Shipping Policy

Shipping is FREE for all orders having shipping address in Maharashtra State only. For all the orders having address ‘out of Maharashtra’ shipping charges are applicable. Those applicable charges are informed to you. Wait for call from our office before making payments.

Payment and Charges

You can only pay in by : Cheque/ Debit Card / Credit Card / RTGS / Net Banking Transfer It is also accepted only if the total invoice value is above Rs 499/- to Rs 9999/-. Rs.100 charges will be applicable for orders with Invoice value below Rs.500 . Minimum Invoice Value is Rs. 300/-

Checking Your Order Status

When we ship your order, you will receive an email with all the shipping and Order Number information. You can use your Order Number to trace your order.

What to do?

  1. If you are not available at the time of delivery?
    2. The delivery partners will try to deliver the package at least 2 times before it is returned back to our office. Our delivery partners also provide a “You not available” note or a similar note if they have attempted the delivery and you were not available. We request you to call the number they have provided on that note and get the delivery arranged by them as per your convenient time.
  2. If you does not receive your parcel within 8 days after payment
    3. You can call at our Customer Care No.0231-2644725 for inquiry with reference of your Order Number

All other matters will be solved according to company’s policies and binding to all the customers. Policy of shipping may change without prior Notice, and will be displayed on our website as soon as possible. ALL THE LEGAL MATTERS ARE SUBJECTED TO KOLHAPUR JURISDICTION.
